Refund policy

Customers are eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at the222fragranceco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable. We reserve the right to update our return policy. Any changes will be communicated to customers via email and will be effective immediately. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement or refund will be issued. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the products.
